Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in materials we create as part of an engagement belong to the client upon full payment of all applicable fees. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Elevion AI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, workflows, or data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services (e.g. using approved third-party platforms). We may reference the nature of our work with you as a client in case studies or testimonials only with your explicit written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevion AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI-generated outputs — including automations, written content, and data processing — should always be reviewed by a qualified human before use in client-facing or high-stakes contexts. Elevion AI is not responsible for losses arising from the unsupervised use of AI-generated content or decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
